Overview

Cliqtel Connect is the partner program for MSPs, UCaaS providers, system integrators, and resellers who want to offer phone numbers and SIP trunking to their own customers. Instead of building carrier relationships yourself, you use Cliqtel's infrastructure and present it under your own brand.

As a Connect partner, you get access to wholesale pricing, a full REST API for automated provisioning, and the option to white-label the ordering and management experience.

To become a Connect partner:

1 Create a Cliqtel account

If you do not already have one, register at cliqtel.com. Use your business email address.

2 Contact the partnerships team

Send an email to partners@cliqtel.com or use the live chat on the website. Include your company name, expected monthly volume (number count), and the countries you plan to serve.

3 Approval and onboarding

The team will review your application and, once approved, upgrade your account to partner tier. You will receive access to wholesale pricing, the API, and a dedicated onboarding session.

Approval criteria: Connect is designed for businesses that resell or integrate voice services. We look for a registered business entity, a clear use case, and a minimum projected volume. There is no fee to apply.

Wholesale Pricing

Connect partners receive volume-based wholesale pricing that is lower than standard retail rates. Pricing tiers are based on your total number count:

You set your own retail prices for end customers. The margin between your wholesale cost and your retail price is your revenue.

API Integration

The Cliqtel API lets you automate every step of the number lifecycle: search inventory, provision numbers, create SIP trunks, assign routing, and query billing data. All endpoints use REST with JSON payloads and Bearer token authentication.

Provisioning for Your Clients

As a Connect partner, you provision numbers and trunks on behalf of your clients. The typical workflow is:

  1. Client requests a number — through your platform or by contacting your team
  2. You provision via API or portal — search inventory, order the number, create a trunk, assign routing
  3. Client receives credentials — you share the SIP server, username, and password for their PBX
  4. You bill the client — at your own retail rate, on your own invoice
Tip: Automate steps 2 and 3 with the API. A single script can provision a number, create a trunk, assign routing, and email credentials to the client — all within seconds.

Billing & Invoicing

Cliqtel bills your partner account at wholesale rates. You are responsible for billing your own end customers at whatever rate you choose. Cliqtel is invisible to your clients.

  • Wallet model — your partner wallet covers all provisioning and renewals across all client trunks
  • Transaction API — pull transaction history via API to calculate per-client costs and automate your invoicing
  • Invoices — Cliqtel generates invoices to your company. These are your cost records, not client-facing documents.

White-label Setup

Connect partners can optionally white-label parts of the Cliqtel experience:

  • Custom branding — your logo, colors, and company name on the portal (available at Scale tier)
  • Custom domain — serve the portal from your own domain (e.g., numbers.yourcompany.com)
  • Email templates — customize activation and renewal emails sent to your clients
  • API-only — build your own frontend entirely and use Cliqtel only as the backend via API
White-label availability: Full white-label (custom domain, branding) is available at the Scale tier (1,000+ numbers). Starter and Growth partners can use the API-only approach to build their own branded frontend.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is there a fee to join Connect?

No. There is no joining fee, no monthly platform fee, and no minimum commitment. You pay only for the numbers and services you provision at wholesale rates.

Can I try Connect before committing to volume?

Yes. Start with a regular Cliqtel account, test the API and provisioning workflow, and apply for partner pricing once you are ready to scale.

Do my clients need Cliqtel accounts?

No. Your clients interact with you, not with Cliqtel. You provision everything from your partner account and provide credentials directly to your clients.

What support do partners get?

Connect partners receive priority support via a dedicated channel, onboarding assistance, and technical help with API integration. Scale-tier partners get a dedicated account manager.

Can I port existing numbers into Cliqtel?

Number porting is supported for most countries. Contact the partnerships team with the numbers you want to port, and we will provide a timeline and any documentation requirements.
