How do I set up a trunk?

Create a trunk in the portal, copy the credentials, configure your PBX with them, and assign numbers. Most customers register and take their first call in under 5 minutes.

Which PBX systems are supported?

Any SIP-compatible system: 3CX, FreePBX, Asterisk, Microsoft Teams (Direct Routing), Cisco CUCM, Avaya IP Office, Mitel, and more. We publish setup guides for the most common ones.

Which codecs are supported?

G.711 (a-law/µ-law), G.729, and Opus. Transports: UDP, TCP, and TLS (recommended). SRTP media encryption is available on every trunk.

Do I need a contract?

No. No contracts, no setup fees, no minimums. You can cancel any time from the portal.

Can I use IP authentication instead of credentials?

Yes. Trunks can be authenticated by registration (username/password) or by allow-listed IPs — whichever your PBX prefers.
