Cloud Phone System, explained.

Do I need to install a PBX?
No. Cliqtel Cloud Phone System runs entirely in the cloud. You don’t install or host anything — just connect your Cliqtel numbers, build your flow, and go live.
Can I use my existing numbers?
Yes. Any Cliqtel number can be pointed at a call flow. You can also port in existing numbers during onboarding.
Can agents take calls from a softphone or browser?
Yes. Ring group destinations can be SIP endpoints (softphones, IP phones, or your existing PBX extensions), or a web-based agent UI.
How does CRM screen pop work?
Connect Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive, or Dynamics from the portal. Inbound calls pop the matching contact automatically, and every call is logged.
Can I test flows before going live?
Yes. You can publish flows to a test number or dry-run them in the builder. Edits take effect immediately when you publish.
Can I use the Cloud Phone System without Cliqtel Numbers?
Cloud Phone System is designed to work with Cliqtel numbers and SIP, which are included in the same account. If you want to BYO carrier, talk to us about a SIP trunking setup.
How is Cloud Phone System priced?
It’s an opt-in add-on at €9.00 per number per month. Every Cliqtel number comes with a SIP trunk + credentials by default at no extra cost; flipping the Cloud Phone toggle on a number adds the hosted PBX features (visual call flows, IVR, queues, voicemail, AI greetings, CRM screen pop) and adds €9.00 to that number’s next renewal. You can toggle it on during ordering or on any active number, and turn it off any time — no contract, no commitment.
What happens if I turn Cloud Phone off?
The features stop working immediately — call flows deactivate and inbound calls return to plain SIP-trunk routing (ringing your registered device directly). There’s no refund for the current period, but no charge applies from the next renewal. Any data you’ve set up (call flows, voicemail recordings) is preserved so you can turn it back on later without rebuilding.
Do I need to buy Cloud Phone for every number?
No — it’s per-number by design. Many teams enable it only on their main business number and leave secondary / regional DIDs as plain SIP trunks. You can mix and match freely.
